RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please communicate with MFLH at their email address:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- A 5% restocking fee iis applied to all returns.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
- All Sale items or orders placed during promotional sales are FINAL SALE.
- All International Orders are FINAL SALE.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
- Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks
- Masks
- Patches
- Stickers
- Hats
- Beanies
- MFLH does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice WITH PICTURES) to mflhgear@gmail.com before sending the item back.
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of items that are to be refunded or exchanged.
- Re-shipping fees for an exchange request will be the responsibility of the customer.
- You may use a shipper of your choice or we can provide a return label. If we provide a return label, the cost of shipping will de deducted from refund / credit.
- To insure we receive your return please request a tracking number from your shipper.
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
