Return / Exchange Policy
We will issue a refund in accordance with the following conditions:
1) Return requests must be submitted within 21 calendar days of order date
2) Product must be unwashed with original tags attached
3) All sale items are final
How do I go about returning or exchanging items?
Exchanging items for different style or size (of same price value) is simple and easy. You must ship back the item with a note preferably the packing slip of which item you would like in exchange for.
If you need to return an item, it must be submitted within 21 calendar days of the order date. First email us at MFLHinfo@gmail.com and than please send it back to us and include your packing slip or email receipt. Note that you would like a refund, and we will process your refund as soon as we get the return. In either case, if you do not have your packing slip or email receipt, please include your name and order # so we can track you down.
