This past October I was invited to compete at the Spartan Games.
I met some amazing people who I had the honor to chat with and become friends with.
What inspires me is these men and women give up so much to give to others. The sacrifice, the grit, the commitment is something I am in awe of.
This Veteran's Day MFLH will be donating a portion of the net proceeds to Air Force Special Warfare.
